GSE is growing constantly and therefore conducts an ongoing recruitment process.
This process entails several stages, as follows:


Stage 1 – Resume


We carefully sift through resumes sent to us, based on the specific factors and qualities we are looking for.


Stage 2 - Aptitude Test


This test assesses analytical capabilities, problem solving, business orientation, field understanding and basic knowledge.

  
Stage 3 – Personal Interview


The goal of this interview is to assess the candidate's suitability to GSE and the relevant team recruiting.


Stage 4 – Professional Interviews


A series of professional interviews with managers of partners (varies according to recruiting team).

 
The recruiting process timeframe is 3-5 weeks.
